Healthy Snacks

Good nutrition can be a challenge at times, especially if you are on the go or have little time to for preparation. Just don't stress about it! You should not have to be painfully creative when it comes to healthy snacks. Stick to the basics! Try some of these ideas:

  • Banana or apple with Almond Butter
  • Whole wheat toast with Almond Butter
  • Plain yogurt with fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or even frozen fruit
  • Raw almonds and apple slices - it's an odd texture but a tasty combination
  • Grapes and cheese
