I know we all have our splurge foods, and I have eaten some pretty unhealthy things in my life, but this one beats all I've ever seen! Spotted Dick Sponge Pudding. Really???I could not resist taking a snapshot of this one. Wow, the yummy array of goodies to choose from in our grocery stores includes this??

My family and I are on our yearly vacation at the coast and my splurge for the trip is a display of homemade baked goods from Briarpatch, owned by my neighbor Martha! It's her Birthday today (Happy Birthday!!!!!) so I dedicate this post to her. Fresh oatmeal bread, chocolate chip scones, and her roasted coffee. Delicious Delicious Delicious!!
